These terms are between you and Quantum Armadillo, LLC, which operates forbiddencurrent.com and publishes The Forbidden Current. By using the site you agree to them.

1. Using the site

The text, design and images on this site, including the sample chapter, are copyright Quantum Armadillo, LLC, except where a source is credited. You may read, link to and quote short passages with attribution. Do not republish the sample chapter or other substantial parts of the site without permission.

Do not misuse the forms (automated submissions, abuse, or attempts to disrupt the site).

2. Technical content

The books and this site describe electrical, chemical and mechanical systems for understanding. They are not installation instructions. Read the technical-content disclaimer; it forms part of these terms.

3. Buying print editions

Ordering is not open yet. This section applies once it is.

• Print editions are offered through a checkout hosted by our print partner, Lulu, with payment processed by Stripe. The checkout shows the full price, shipping and any tax before you pay.
• The list price shown on this site is the price charged for the book at checkout. Shipping and any tax are added at checkout and depend on your address and the shipping speed you choose.
• Each copy is printed on demand after you order. See shipping for timing and refunds and returns for damaged, defective or lost copies.
• We may correct an error in a listed price or description before your order is printed; if we do, you may cancel for a full refund.
• Kindle editions are sold by Amazon under Amazon's terms, not these.

4. Email list

Joining the list is free and needs your confirmation. You can leave at any time with one click. See the privacy policy.

5. No warranty; limit of liability

The site and the books are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Quantum Armadillo, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or the books, and its total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

6. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to any mandatory consumer protections where you live.
