Shipping

Last updated 20 October 2026.

Ordering is not open yet. This page describes how shipping will work once it is.

Printed on demand

Every copy is printed for your order by our print partner, Lulu, usually within 3 to 5 business days, then handed to the carrier. Delivery time depends on the shipping speed you choose and your location.

Cost and speed

Shipping options and their prices are calculated for your address at checkout, before you pay. The book's list price does not include shipping.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States and internationally, to the destinations offered at checkout. Any applicable sales tax or VAT is shown at checkout. Orders outside the United States may also be charged import duties or fees by the destination country on delivery.

Tracking

You receive a shipping email with tracking once your order leaves the printer.
