Refunds and returns

Ordering is not open yet. This policy applies to print orders once it is.

Damaged, misprinted or defective copies

If a copy arrives damaged, misprinted, or with missing or faulty pages, tell us within 30 days of delivery through the contact form (topic "Order"), with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a replacement at no cost, or refund the book and shipping if you prefer. You do not need to send the copy back.

Lost or undelivered orders

If tracking shows no delivery within the expected time, or a parcel is lost, contact us and we will work with the printer and carrier to trace it, then replace or refund it.

Change of mind

Each copy is printed for you after you order, so we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. You can cancel an order for a full refund until it enters production; contact us as soon as possible. Rights you have under the consumer law where you live are not affected.

Kindle editions

Kindle purchases are refunded by Amazon under its own policy.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Card refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
